The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Ashta Vinayaka Tours (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.
1. All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company.
2. Please read inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, travel date, and other details carefully before booking. The company will not be responsible after confirmation.
3. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.
4. All the wildlife safaris booked into any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even a date change request will be considered as a cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
5. Any dispute that may arise will be governed by Indian law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Jabalpur Court.
Cancellation Policy -:
Cancellations and refund policies vary depending on the type of tour or service booked.
- Before 30 days of travel: 20% of the Total Cost of Package
- Between 30 days to 21 days of travel: 50% of the Total Cost of Package
- Between 20 days to 15 days of travel: 75 % of the Total Cost of Package
- Between 14 days to 0 days of travel: No Refund
NOTE – Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
